I have 3 indoor cats. This makes it easier to trim their claws. I can use the light to see clearly before cutting. It takes a lot less time when I can see what I am doing. Makes both me and the cats happy.

We have three rabbits that need their nails cut regularly. It’s hard enough to keep a rabbit still enough to do this but finding the right spot to cut without hurting them is always an acrobatic feat. They’re moving, we’re holding them, we’re trying to use our phones’ lights or a small flashlight – not the best solution.
It is unbelievable how much easier it is with these! I literally just sat down to write this after we did all three of them in the time it would normally take to do just one. It may seem silly since they’re just nail clippers with a light but they make a HUGE difference!

These are perfect for me to use. There not large clippers. Might be to small for large hands. But the light really helped me clip my kittens claws.

The light on these clippers is great. The only thing I can say is the clipper part doesn’t open wide enough. One of my cats is really easy to clip, the other one not so much. So I sometimes struggle because they don’t open like my other clippers do. Other than that, they do clip nicely, it just takes me longer to clip their nails because of how they open. It’s just my preference to open a little wider and a little easier.

Liked: lights, USB=no batteries, blades form oval opening (can encircle point of claw quickly), and REALLY like after closing blades and clipping claw, they spring back open so I can quickly go to the next claw. I don’t need to reposition my fingers. For my pets the faster I can do this the better. I’m going to buy a spare. Only one slightly tricky thing is not to assume the handles open like hemostats. You only need to pull gently downward on the tiny latch. And lastly, no one asked me for a review or gave me a discount.

We currently have three cats. With my previous cat I just used fingernail clippers, but not with these three. I have tried several different kinds but this is the best so far. It clips quietly, the holes for my thumb and finger are large enough not to be painful and the light really does help my 51 year old eyes tremendously. Most importantly, the cats tolerate it the best!
